A growing private lender is seeking an experienced, result driven and productive Loan Processor to complement their existing and successful team.

Role Responsibilities

As the Loan Processor you will be responsible for supporting a team of BDM with;

• Liaise with the team and brokers to ensure a smooth loan process to settlement
• Liaising with the brokers, solicitors and clients 
• Dealing with the application right through to settlement
• Dealing with existing and new clients and handle any enquires
• General administration duties 

Skills & Experience

• Have at least 1+ year within mortgage broking industry - Loan writer or broker support experience  
• High attention to detail
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Have the capability to juggle various tasks and work autonomously
• Be a well-presented and comfortable working with professional clients
• Experience with assessing applications
