Client Overview
A growing private lending firm who focuses on providing commercial finance are looking to make their mark in the commercial property lending space. Due to growth, our client is seeking an experienced Credit Assessor to join the team and own the credit function. 

Role Overview

• Assess and qualify commercial loans applications. 
• Manage credit risk and maintaining the credit policies and procedures.
• Servicing of existing borrower loans and arrears follow-up
• Work closely with the BDMs and leadership team and engage with borrowers and investors.
• Maintaining records of credit applications and payments

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 + years' credit experience 
• Previous experience working with a non-bank lender 
• SME lending experience is essential
• Knowledge of residential and commercial property finance 
• Strong understanding of credit policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
