Our client is a boutique licensed financial planning firm known for its personalised approach to their HNW clients who are looking for an experienced Senior Paraplanner to join their growing team. 

About the Role:
This role is ideal for a meticulous professional who enjoys working in a close-knit environment.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely in partnership with financial advisors to develop high-level strategies, ensuring compliance, and craft tailored client recommendations.
• Develop custom solutions for clients, maintaining a high standard of service. Assist in developing and presenting financial strategies to clients
• Prepare bespoke SOAs, financial strategies, and compliance documentation tailored to clients' unique situations.
• Provide expert guidance on SMSF, LRBA, and entity structures, ensuring adherence to current regulatory frameworks.
• Conduct thorough research on financial products, tax implications, and investment strategies including preparing comparison in line with regulatory requirements.
• Assist with regulatory compliance and keep up to date with legislative changes.
• Take ownership of paraplanning tasks and proactively seek solutions to complex financial scenarios.
• Work autonomously while collaborating effectively with advisors, lending specialist and other financial professionals.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Paraplanner
• Understanding of SMSF, LRBA, and entity structures 
• Relevant qualifications in financial planning
• Xplan experience 
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills
