The Role
With the continued growth of the financial advice business using a market leading advice model, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Client Services Officer.

As a Client Services Officer you'll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and professional client experience. Working alongside the adviser, paraplanner and boarder business.

• Facilitate the implementation of client advice and proactively manage applications and documentation.
• Manage communications with all stakeholders, including product providers, insurers, and superannuation funds.
• Ensure legislative compliance is upheld by following established policies and processes with a high attention to detail

Skills & Experience
As the ideal candidate for this role you will have:

• 2+ year of experience in an adviser support role.
• A client-focused professional with strong communication skills 
• A self-motivated individual, capable of working both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
• An ability to work within in a fast-paced environment.
