The Role and Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for contacting clients to book meetings for the Senior Business Development Managers
• Maintain and update client databases with correct information
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, providing support as needed
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients and ensure follow-ups are completed daily
• Collaborate with the team to share ideas and strategies for business growth
• Prepare and format documents in Word and Excel, ensuring they are professional and accurate
• Complete administrative duties for the Business Development team as required

Skills & Experience

• Experience in the financial industry with strong investment knowledge 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent communication and relationship management experience
• Strong organisational and time management skills
