Responsibilities;

• Preparing advice documents, annual reviews, and client presentations/correspondence, including product research and strategy development.
• Maintaining advice templates, client, and business reports.
• Maintaining financial planning software.
• Assisting advisers to implement client strategies.
• Managing the outsourced paraplanning function. 
• Assisting with workflow management and business processes.
• Client file management.
• Communicating with clients (verbal and written) for non-advised matters.

Experience;

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Paraplanner writing complex advice.
• Proficiency in financial planning software (e.g. Xplan).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
