The Role

Support Senior Financial Advisers in the provision of advice and ongoing service to new and existing clients. You will be a key player in assisting advisers in helping them continue to build their relationships with a range of HNW clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships to anticipate future client needs.
• Manage client service and administrative functions. 
• Meet and Greet clients upon arrival and be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries. 
• Onboard new clients and assist with any ongoing management.
• Completing all implementation - processing and follow up of applications.
• Review and assist in improving processes.
• Contribute ideas/suggestions during team meetings and one-on-one with the management team.
• Assist in month reporting and any ongoing compliance requirements. 

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Financial Services or related
  experience
• Excellent communication skills and eye for detail
• Background in building relationship with clients 
• Exposure to Investment products
• Knowledge of Xplan
