A growing national brokerage firm with a focus on property finance are looking for an experienced commercial analyst due to growth.

• Deliver structured advice for brokers ensuring alignment of lending policies with business objectives.
• Assess and qualify property loans applications. 
• Work closely with the brokers and leadership team with regards to complex deals 
• Utilising your credit expertise to evaluate scenarios and proposals, tailoring solutions to client needs 
• Assess, structure, and package loans tailored to client needs.
• Interpret feasibility studies, financial statements, and credit policies.
• Analyse property valuations, quantity surveyor reports, and market trends.
• Process Improvement by identify efficiencies and refine internal loan processing systems.

Skills & Experience

• 3 + years' business banking or commercial property experience 
• Financial analysis skills, attention to detail essential
• Strong understanding of credit policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
