Client Overview
Industry leading private lender who focuses on providing property finance are seeking an experienced Credit Risk Manager to join the team due to an internal promotion.

Role Overview

• Assess and qualify commercial loans applications. 
• Manage credit risk and maintaining the credit policies and procedures.
• Servicing of existing borrower loans and arrears follow-up
• Work closely with the BDMs and leadership team and engage with borrowers and investors.
• Maintaining records of credit applications and payments

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 + years' credit experience 
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial property finance 
• Ideally held a DLA 
• Strong understanding of credit policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
