Responsibilities;

• Provide compliance advice to the business that's in line with relevant legislative and regulatory obligations.
• Assist with the implementation of the Compliance framework.
• Developing training materials for key compliance processes.
• Assist in reporting functionality.
• Preparation of breach assessments and related notifications to Regulators.
• Support the business in identifying and managing regulatory change.
• Contribute to compliance reviews, identifying gaps, control weaknesses or any areas for improvement.
• Support business units in maintaining their compliance plans and review the adequacy of controls designed to meet obligations.
• Vet SOA's and provide constructive feedback to advisers.

• Relevant financial services qualifications
• Experience within financial services - open to adviser support, paraplanning, remediation or legal experience.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
