A growing national lender who focuses on property finance are looking for an expereinced commercial analyst due to growth.

• Deliver structured advice for brokers ensuring alignment of lending policies with business objectives.
• Assess and qualify property loans applications. 
• Work closely with the brokers and leadership team with regards to complex deals 
• Utilising your credit expertise to evaluate scenarios and proposals, tailoring solutions to client needs 

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 + years' business banking or commercial property experience 
• Financial analysis skills, attention to detail essential
• Strong understanding of credit policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
