Our client is a boutique, well-established financial planning firm looking for a client experience manager.
Responsibilities;
Assist with managing the client services function and day to day business operations.
Work closely and provide administration and clients services support to the Senior Adviser.
Respond to client requests, management of client appointments.
Manage and respond to client queries within specific timeframes
Implementation and document preparation
Skills and Experience;
Experience using Xplan
2+ years experience working as a Client Service Officer in the financial planning industry
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, adhere to deadlines and good attention to detail
