A large Brokerage firm with a national presence is seeking an experienced, result driven and productive Lending Associate to complement their existing and successful Broker team.

Role Responsibilities

As the Loan Processor you will be responsible for supporting a team of senior lending advisers with;

• Liaise with lenders and with our clients to get loans approved and settled.
• Liaising with the brokers, banks, solicitors and clients 
• Dealing with the application right through to settlement
• Dealing with existing and new clients and handle any enquires
• Service client including managing loan increases, new loans and variations

Skills & Experience

• Have at least 2 years within mortgage broking industry - Loan writer or broker support experience  
• High attention to detail
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Have the capability to juggle various tasks and work autonomously
• Be a well-presented and comfortable working with professional clients
• Experience with assessing applications
