Our client is a multiple award-winning non-bank lender who has also been listed as one of the best places to work. Due to their success and significant growth, they are seeking an experienced, sales orientated Lending Specialist to liaise directly with customers regarding home loan needs.

The Role

• Grow the residential mortgage market by contacting and converting prospective customers
• Understand customers’ financial goals and objectives and offer suitable lending solutions
• Deliver exceptional levels of customer service
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the application process
• Generate extra business by identifying further sales opportunities
• Prioritise leads considering customer timeframes and propensity
• Resolve any issues quickly and effectively

• Experience in selling Home Loans over the phone
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience managing a pipeline of customers
• Driven and self-motivated to exceed targets and strive for excellence
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
• High level of attention to detail
