A large brokerage firm with a national presence is seeking an experienced, result driven and productive Lending Associate to complement their existing and successful Broker team.

Role Responsibilities

As the Lending Associate you will be responsible for supporting a small team of senior lending advisers with;

• Liaise with lenders and with our clients to get loans approved and settled.
• Liaising with the brokers, banks, solicitors and clients 
• Dealing with the application right through to settlement
• Dealing with existing and new clients and handle any enquires
• Service client including managing loan increases, new loans and variations

Skills & Experience

• Have at least 12 months experience within mortgage broking industry 
• High attention to detail
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Have the capability to juggle various tasks and work autonomously
• Be a well-presented and comfortable working with professional clients
• Experience with assessing applications
