Company Overview
Head of Broker Support role manages the loan processing and settlements teams for a national, well-established brokerage firm. This already successful organisation is expected to undergo significant growth.

About the role:

• The day-to-day leadership and operations of the loan processing and settlements teams
• Ensure the teams are supporting the brokers with the provision of credit assistance and processing application from the point of
  unconditional approval through to settlement.
• Ensure the team is adhere to all regulatory requirements, including ASIC regulations, NCCP, and Best Interest Duty
• Maintain the integrity of CRM databases and resolve any errors that arise
• Pro-active management of sales pipeline, ensuring strong conversion rates and quick times to approval/settlement
• Be involved in projects and process improvements to support the growth of the business

• Experience in Mortgage brokering essential - ideally in both residential and commercial
• Understand the broker process from lodgment through to settlement
• Management experience essential
• Ability to adapt, learn at a fast-paced environment and capable to work under pressure
• Ideally qualification in Mortgage Brokering 
• Self-motivated with a desire to continually exceed expectations
