Role;
You will be responsible for supporting a team of financial advisers within a growing private wealth firm. This is a perfect opportunity for someone with strong experience in financial services who wants to join a successful and highly professional team.
  
Responsibilities

• Work closely with a highly experience team of advisers, paraplanners and support staff
• Delivering exceptional client service and relationship management to HNW client base
• Manage and track Client Portfolios
• Ensuring all client related tasks are completed in the appropriate time frame
• Onboard new clients and manage relationships with existing clients
• Complete day to day operational and administration duties
• Manage and update clients details on Xplan

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience in a similar role within a financial planning business
• Xplan experience
• Ideally have experiences with trades
• Experience with different product and platforms
• Strong communication skills and polished presentation
