As a Broker, you will be responsible for identifying and solving clients lending needs while maintaining ongoing relationships throughout the process from start to finish. 

• Provide lending solutions to a portfolio of clients ranging from first home buyer to HNW clients. 
• Providing high quality service to warm leads as well as building strong relationships with lenders and other stakeholders.
• All leads and full back-office support provided.
• Work closely with the boarder team who will manage the applications to settlement.
• Ensure all compliance requirements are being meet.

Skills & Experience

• 2+ years’ banking/ lending experience 
• Must have strong commercial lending experience 
• You will need to be customer-centric with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
• Proven track record of success in a competitive sales environment.
• Have a current MFAA Accreditation and a Diploma in Financial Services – Finance & Mortgage Broking.
• Strong problem-solving skills & high attention to detail is essential.
