Client Overview
Our client is a multiple award-winning non-bank lender who has also been listed as one of the best places to work. Due to their success and significant growth, they are seeking an experienced, sales orientated BDM to continue building and maintaining relationships with brokers across NSW.

Role Overview

• Build deep relationships to ensure you are the” go to person” for your broker portfolio
• Proactively managing a pipeline of broker scenarios and overseeing application results across branded and white label products to ensure the highest broker & customer experience.
• Drive the growth by engaging with new brokers while effectively manage existing relationships with brokers, aggregators including partnership managers and state leaders
• Collaborate with the broader business to ensure a seamless loan process.
• Run broker sessions and attend events, PD days to deliver exceptional brand messaging.
• Respond to lending enquiries and transaction scenarios with a problem-solving mindset.
• Travel to visit brokers face-to-face to develop deeper relationships
• Execute sales strategies and grow the business portfolio.

Skills & Experience

• Proven track record of sales results within property lending
• Must have experience working within a non-bank lending environment
• Self-motivated, proactive with a drive to achieve results.
• Strong understanding of credit policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
