Full Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated legal secretary to join our friendly Corporate and M&A practice. This is a true opportunity to make the role your own and contribute to the high performance and effective running of this practice. 

Responsibilities include:

• contributing to the delivery of exceptional service to our clients
• diary management and organising of travel and accommodation
• preparation and amending of documents
• conducting online searches
• billing
• file management from file opening to closure and archiving
• assist with business development/marketing activities
• other administrative and ad hoc duties as required.
