About the role 

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our Insurance and Risk team on a casual basis while you complete your degree (graduating mid-2025). This is your chance to gain valuable, hands-on experience in a high-performing team — with the potential to undertake an exciting secondment opportunity in the second half of the year.

As you gain experience in the role, the key duties and responsibilities will be:

• Drafting and preparing documents, including summarising medical reports
• Managing files and data with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Legal and regulatory research
• Liaising with key stakeholders, including external clients via secondment opportunities
• Assist in preparation of legal advice

Initially this role will be 3 days per week with flexibility and support to balance the end of your studies. The successful candidate has the opportunity to transition into a client-facing secondment role later in 2025 (minimum four days per week).

About you

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong academic track record, complemented by practical experience that reflects well-developed leadership, teamwork, and time management capabilities. A keen interest in the insurance and risk sector, combined with a commitment to professional growth, will be highly regarded.
