Position Available: Customer Service Representative – Taber, AB
Duties include:
Provide excellent customer service while receiving, processing, and invoicing orders. Provide documentation and reports according to regulations and policies and provide follow up to our customer base. Establish best method of shipment of feed orders, including scheduling of freight/shipping logistics. Prepare documentation and reports according to regulations and policies, including inventory control.
Requirements:
- Practice good customer service procedures ensuring all customers are looked after satisfactorily.
- Firm knowledge and understanding of the Compendium of Medicating Ingredients Brochure, (CMIB).
- Knowledge of what medicating ingredients may be used in specific feeds according to CMIB.
- Working with the nutrition department and customers to supply required veterinary prescriptions.
- Generate packaging/shipping documents with the required labeling/tags and instructions.
- Ensure correct distribution and delivery of feed by shipping order.
- Good understanding of the terminology of the different forms feed products are produced in.
- Maintain good documentation and filing systems to assist in traceability of products.
- Ensure the proper tag is attached to the shipping invoice with matching product codes.
Reliable transportation is a must. Public transportation is not available.
Regular shifts are Monday to Friday with overtime available.
