Position: Office Administrator
Location: Cavan, ON 
Type: Full-Time Permanent 
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries and direct calls professionally
• Log incoming lab samples and maintain accurate documentation
• Prepare reports in compliance with regulations and internal policies
• Support laboratory staff and sales representatives
• Handle shipping and receiving of samples
• Manage SAA social media accounts and update as necessary

Qualifications & Skills:

• Outstanding organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Exceptional data entry abilities with high accuracy
• Previous experience or background in the agricultural industry is preferred, but not required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Analytical thinker and problem solver
• Experience in a support or administrative role is an asset
• Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel) and comfortable with internet applications
• Flexibility to adjust hours during busy seasons
