Our client, based in Eltham and servicing Melbourne's East, North, and Inner Suburbs, is a family owned and operated business seeking a dedicated and experienced Air-Con Refrigeration Technician to join their team. They provide a fun and respectful working environment and focus on both domestic and commercial projects, including government and council contracts. This is a fantastic chance to contribute to a thriving business with a strong reputation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Air-conditioning installations, maintenance, and repairs for both domestic and commercial clients, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Work on projects ranging from residential to government contracts, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Experience with split systems, ducted systems, multi-head split systems , 
• Maintain compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client expectations.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications and Requirements:**

• Refrigerant Handling Licence
• Current Australian Drivers Licence
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
