ABOUT THIS ROLE - Overseeing the Eastern Region, NSW/ACT,
- Opportunity to impact and gain proportionate market share,
- Drive customer experience, dealer engagement / network performance,
- Travel locally and interstate will be required,
- Take full ownership of the position, be the face of the brand and be available to the network,
- Work closely with internal departments including Marketing, Product, Fleet and Aftersales.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE - A tertiary qualification in Business Management or similar and/or substantial experience and capabilities in relevant field or equivalent commensurate experience.
- Experience as an Automotive State, Region or Senior Manager level required, this is aligned at a Senior level.
- Experience working with the dealer network.
- Demonstrated Leader of successful teams, demonstrating impact in job function.
