THE ROLE - Reporting into a company Director and Project Manager, this position offers an exceptional opportunity to be creative and manage all aspects of Marketing across multiple sites / locations for this market leading company. With a focus on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the brand, the Role is a varied and dynamic position, assisting with the Sales and Marketing team and using your strong creative and marketing skills to ensure consistency and create new initiatives that not only increase brand awareness as well as support the local community.

YOUR GENERAL JOB FUNCTION;

• Creating and overseeing the distribution and success of all marketing, sponsorship and promotional activity including publications and media kit 
• Develop and implement a yearly marketing calendar of promotions and other marketing activities to maximize traffic
• Utilize your creative and digital know-how to identify, recommend and create new marketing initiatives and strategies 
• Implement and manage internal and external communications including eDMs
• Ensure all touchpoints (e.g. website, google, real estate portals, social media including LinkedIn and YouTube etc) are up to date and reflect accurate information
• Keep on top of marketing trends and competitor activity 
• Budget management 
• Analyzing and Interpreting data - including the use of Google Analytics, SEO, SME
• Maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders - both internal and external (including agency, suppliers, sponsors and local community groups) and be actively involved in community events
• Liaise with relevant marketing suppliers to ensure accurate and timely completion of jobs
• Work alongside and collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator and Project Manager and wider business 
• Attend and contribute to regular internal marketing meetings 
• Act as the companies marketing SME/Representative

WE ARE LOOKING FOR;

• Bachelor Degree level qualified preferred
• Experience in a similar role - including across digital marketing, campaigns, activations, strategy development,  multichannel content and stakeholder management
• Experience with CRM systems and all digital platforms (digital will be a key focus of this role)
• Strong business and marketing acumen, budget, analytical and negotiation skills with a strong ability to identify market trends and understand the entire marketing matrix 
• Strong attention to detail with excellent verbal, written (including copy) and interpersonal communication skills
• Exceptional organisational skills and a demonstrated ability to work under pressure
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a high use of initiative & creativity
• A Team player; collaborates with others and contributes to team/organisational goals
• Community focused individual
• Managing various stakeholders externally and internally
• Intermediate - Advanced MS Office skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Adobe Creative program skills are a bonus, i.e Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign
