ABOUT THE ROLE - Reporting directly to the Dealer Principal, you will be responsible for developing a strong sales team in both New and Used Departments. You will coach, motivate, and guide the team to ensure dealership targets are met with a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a General Sales Manager or Sales Manager within an Automotive Dealership Environment
- Quantifiable outcomes as a result of direct initiatives
- A history of exceeding sales targets and achieving results
- Ability to lead by example
- Motivate and inspire others
- Customer Driven Results
- High level knowledge of automotive dealership sales processes and department operations
- Acute attention to detail, meeting strict compliance requirements
- The ability to identify and quantify team and customer requirements
