ABOUT THE COMPANY - This Dealership is part of a privately owned dealership group with sites across Melbourne.
ABOUT THE ROLE - Reporting to the Service Manager, this position is responsible for handling all front of house requirements for Retail, Internal and Warranty work.
YOUR GENERAL JOB FUNCTION;
- Scheduling service appointments and managing fleet and retail customers for Commercial Vehicles and Passenger Cars
- Utilising DMS (ERA) proficiently and accurately
- Creating, costing and closing Repair Orders
- Manage clientele to the highest service standards in-line with company policies and expectations
WE ARE LOOKING FOR; - A Dealership experienced Service Advisor and/or Service Receptionist
- Technical background preferred, but not essential
- Energy, commitment and team work
- Full Australian Drivers Licence
- Meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills
- A strong communicator who takes ownership and control of the customer
