ABOUT THE COMPANY - An established and multi-award winning Dealership Group, located in the inner Northern Suburbs of Melbourne.
ABOUT THE ROLE - This position reports to the Dealer Principal and the primary function is to manage the pre-owned Sales department with the direction of sales consultants, managing the floor and help generate vehicle sales and represent yourself, the dealership and the products to the highest of standards.
REQUIREMENTS; - An experienced Dealership Used Cars Sales Manager or 2IC looking to take the next step in their career
- Quantifiable outcomes as a result of direct initiatives
- A history of exceeding sales targets and achieving results
- Ability to lead by example
- Ability to develop a strong sales team and take the lead
- Motivate and inspire others
- Customer Driven Results
- Acute attention to detail, meeting strict compliance requirements
- The ability to identify and quantify team and customer requirements
