ABOUT THE COMPANY -  An established, and expanding business dedicated to providing exceptional quality panel repair services.

ABOUT THE ROLE -  Positioned a stone’s throw from the sunny Gold Coast, this role reports to the Operations Manager and oversees the company production flow to ensure vehicles are repaired to a high quality and within designated timeframes.
You will be responsible for ensuring all operations run smoothly; production output, quality standards, front-line customer service, OH&S guidelines, team productivity targets. 

YOUR GENERAL JOB FUNCTION

• Supervise and manage all aspects of production process and flow
• Bring process Improvement’s to the MD's attention and discuss process changes
• Apply and ensure all company standards and regulations are met consistently 
• Conduct employee meetings daily to plan workflow and coordinate each department to ensure minimum downtime.
• Liaise with department supervisors and administration staff to ensure all staff are informed of production flow
• Develop Staff Training & Development plans / pathways
• Manage department costs
• Monitor and work towards achieving production targets 
• Manage equipment maintenance and compliance
• Identify and implement methods to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure the highest level of service is provided 

  
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• MUST HAVE Experience as a Bodyshop, Autobody or Panel Shop Production Manager
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Strong, clear and concise communicator as both a leader and customer liaison 
• Have a great understanding of the business Value Chain 
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
• High level pf attention to detail
• Concise and clear decision maker
• A leader and mentor mindset
• An appetite for success
