ABOUT THE ROLE Progress your career in this full time, permanent position. In this role, you will lead by example.
Reporting to the Brand Head and working with the Regional Manager, your primary job function is to lead the sales team, ensuring it consistently delivers a luxury customer experience while meeting key business targets such as sales, lead generation, and brand standards.
WHAT YOUR JOB LOOKS LIKE - Ensuring the showroom provides a world-class customer experience, focusing on a welcoming, luxurious environment.
- Lead and manage the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Develop and coach the sales team on sales process
- Manage budgets ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with Brand targets
- Work closely with National Retail Manager to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Liaising with Service and Aftersales Teams to ensure a seamless end to end customer experience
- Managing relationships with external partners
- Reporting on lead performance, challenges, and opportunities, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy.
REQUIREMENTS - Proven experience as a General Sales Manager or Sales Manager within an Automotive Dealership Environment
- Quantifiable outcomes as a result of direct initiatives
- A history of exceeding sales targets and achieving results
- Ability to lead by example
- Acute attention to detail, meeting strict compliance requirements
- The ability to identify and quantify team and customer requirements
- Experience managing budgets and department KPI's
- Experience within the luxury Automotive environment highly regarded
