As a Compliance Officer, you will work closely with the Chief Compliance Officer and the Compliance team to provide advice and support across all compliance matters. This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety and scope for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and surveillance of various asset classes across global markets. Includes Australian and international equities, ETFs and  derivative products e.g. options, margin lending, etc. 
• Perform AML/CTF transaction monitoring
• Undertake manual gap analysis testing and assist with remediation
• Manage compliance incidents, breaches, and maintain key registers
• Assist with complaints management and liaise with regulators where required.
• Work with global compliance teams and contribute to key projects

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ compliance experience in financial services/markets. 
• Interest or experience in digital assets
• Trading environment exposure and familiarity with surveillance systems (e.g., NASDAQ Smarts)
• AML transactional monitoring experience
• Ability to draft policies and procedures
• Passion for compliance and an enquiring mind
