Our client is a highly respected Wealth Manager providing advice and investment solutions to high-net worth clients. They also provide market leading Institutional Dealing, Corporate Advisory and Research. They are a recognised leader in financial markets and attract the best across research analysts, advisers, sales and trading specialists, corporate financiers, and operations team members.
  
We are looking for an experienced International Operations Officer to join this organisation and be a highly valued member of their middle office operations team which includes specialists in bookings, settlements, sponsorship, deceased estates, money market etc. 
  
We are looking for a professional with a passion for the markets, someone with a strong understanding of International equities middle office – particularly the various functions and processes around International Orders, Settlements, corporate actions, FX; an individual who is keen to be part of a well-functioning team that has a lot to offer in terms of knowledge and experience.

To be successful we need someone with 3-5 years International trading hands-on experience.  Someone who comes from a background in broking, custodian, or wealth platform.  

Requirements include:

• Experience in trade verification
• Experience in investigations on trade related settlement issues.
• Experience in trade activity and position/risk reconciliations.
• Experience in Broker/Custodian liaison.
• Experience in process and procedure maintenance and updates. 
• Experience in communicating with various stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Finance (or related) degree or equivalent would be preferred.     

This individual must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.   Strong analytic skills, an enquiring mind and proven ability to multi-task. A detail-oriented professional who can provide a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment, someone who is successful in creating long and lasting stakeholder relationships, and who can work both autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment.
