We are seeking an experienced Administration superstar to provide high level support to our PCSS Manager and our close knit team of social workers. Our office is based in Manukau City with parking provided. Our office hours are 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
You will be a very organised, process driven and highly efficient individual. No two days will be the same.
Your day-to-day responsibilities may include coordinating the managers appointments, assisting with confidential reports and correspondence, setting up new staff members and their equipment, and making sure that the team are supported where possible.
You will work closely with our team of Social Workers and Contact Centre Representatives and will support the team with any tasks that arise from creating powerpoints to stepping into the contact centre space. If you are looking for an all-round position, then this is for you.
