PCSS work with whānau and children throughout the whole of Aotearoa.
Te Whiwhinga Mahi | The opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced Administration superstar to provide high level support to our PCSS Manager and our close knit PCSS team. Our office is based in Manukau City with parking provided. Our office hours are 8.30am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
You will be a very organised, process driven and highly efficient individual. No two days will be the same. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include coordinating the managers calendar, working with confidential reports and correspondence, leading the setup of new staff members and their equipment and ensuring any concerns are raised with the Manager in a timely manner. You will work closely with our team of Social Workers, Case Workers and Contact Centre Representatives and will support the team with any tasks that arise.
