Children’s Team Administrator
  
Turuki Health Care is a kaupapa Maori organisation delivering integrated Health and Social Services to the wider Counties Manukau and ADHB areas. We provide quality, accessible, and affordable health care and support to whanau.

This position is fulltime, Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5pm and will be based at our Manukau location.
  
The ideal person we are seeking will provide a high level of effective and confidential administrative support to the Children’s Team. Maintain internal and external relationships while supporting in areas of management, team administrative, accounting / financial, secretariat, and facility services.
  
Your experience and skills will include:
  

• General administration skills with attention to detail
• Effective organisation, planning, and time-management
• Excellent knowledge of administrative processes, systems, and technology
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• High level personal integrity and honesty
• Superb work ethic and good sense of humour
• Good understanding of the workings of central Government
• NZ full driver’s license
• Ability to speak Te Reo Maori or other languages would be an advantage
