The Compliance Analyst owns and manages the end-to-end processes associated with Employee Service Reviews, Waiver Agreements, and Section 48 Payments, and performs activities that support these processes with a view to ensuring Employer compliance.
The Enforcement and Compliance Team is the final point of escalation for Employer non-compliance and disputes and manages approvals relating to the remittance of Additional Levies and Employer Payment Plans. The Team also manages the end-to-end processes associated with Employee Service Review, Section 48 Payments, and Employee Waiver Agreements.
This is a permanent position and reports to the Enforcement and Compliance Lead.
