Talent Pool - Employer Onboarding Officer for Unpaid Levy Payment Arrangement (ULPA)
Due to strong Employer interest in the ULPA process, we have extended the talent pool and are seeking additional staff to join our Employer Onboarding team.
As an Employer Onboarding Officer, you will be responsible for the analysis of data associated with ULPA form submissions. You will review and escalate issues which may impact data integrity or compliance, and support Employers to meet the regulatory requirements for their ULPA form submission. This position will have a strong focus in ensuring that records management and administrative requirements for tracking and reporting are consistent and a key priority.
The Employer Onboarding Team will be responsible for all onboarding activities that will support the significant commitment that industry employers will be making to join the scheme over the next five years.
This is a 12-month contract position and reports to the Employer Onboarding Lead.
Talent Pool
The talent pool for these positions has been extended due to strong Employer interest, now the Amendment Act has become law and the Commencement Day is known as 1 September 2026. We are looking for more staff to join the existing talent pool.
The talent pooling process is similar to a standard recruitment process. Applicants will be assessed on merit, shortlisted, and kept informed as suitable opportunities become available.
Staff who are shortlisted through the recruitment talent pooling process will be invited to participate in dedicated training sessions throughout June and July. These sessions will provide practical education and capability building around the new legislation, ULPA processes and onboarding requirements.
Participation in training and inclusion in the Talent Pool does not automatically result in a position being offered. However, it will ensure that if opportunities arise, successful candidates are ready to hit the ground running.
