The Success Coach designs and delivers structured induction and ongoing operational support to ensure consistent understanding and application of procedures across the Scheme Services function. Working in partnership with Scheme Services Leads, this role strengthens knowledge, confidence and alignment to agreed ways of working, supporting compliant, efficient and effective performance throughout the employee lifecycle.
  
This is a permanent position and reports to Scheme Services Operations Manager (once appointed).
