The Data Quality function delivers vital support to many areas of the business to ensure eligible employees are connected with their correct LSL entitlements and balances. Through the accurate and timely identification, quantification and correction of known data issues, the team increases the quality of information we hold, in turn increasing the number of employees with verified balances.
The Data Quality Analyst facilitates quality activities including identification and analysis of issues, review of verified balance (VB) rules, interrogation and correction of records, as well as leveraging knowledge that contributes to process, procedure and continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
Full-time and part-time (4 days per week) will be considered. This is a contract position and reports to Anna Fedorchenko, Data Quality Lead. Remuneration: $70,140 - $84,000 FTE or $56,112 - $67,200 PTE (inclusive of superannuation)
