Are you a friendly, organised, and customer-focused professional looking for an opportunity to be part of a dynamic healthcare team? Sports & Spinal are seeking a Casual Receptionist to join our Indooroopilly and Chermside allied health clinics approx. 15 hours per week.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience. Working closely with our Office Manager, you will help maintain the efficient daily operations of the clinic while providing exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Welcoming and assisting patients.
• Answering phone calls and responding to emails.
• Scheduling and managing patient bookings.
• Processing payments via HiCAPS, Medicare, and EFTPOS.
• Updating and maintaining patient records in our Practice Management Software (Gensolve).
• Assisting with general administrative tasks such as data entry and invoicing.
• Supporting clinic cleanliness and ensuring a professional, tidy environment.
• Working collaboratively with our team of health professionals to deliver a high standard of patient care.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A customer service superstar with a positive and professional demeanor.
• Ideally someone with previous reception or administrative experience (medical/allied health experience preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player who enjoys working with a close-knit, supportive team.
• A proactive individual who enjoys problem-solving and taking initiative.
