About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to provide high-quality operational coordination and support to the company, ensuring consistency and alignment to Group and Podiatry strategies, goals, policies, procedures and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with Group Management and the Podiatry Clinical Services Director to develop Operational goals, plans and initiatives.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of industry, competitors, legislation, regulations etc.
• Develop and promote cultural alignment and efficiency and leverage the power and reputation of the Group.
• Design policies, procedures, processes and practices that align with strategic and operational plans and facilitate the integration of Group Services and Podiatry operations.
• Support and coordinate projects with Group Services and Podiatry, utilising Group resources, frameworks and tools.
• Report, interpret and make recommendations/proposals in relation to business performance, risk, opportunities and compliance, within the Podiatry Business
• Identify and address risks and opportunities and facilitate collaborative problem solving.
• Provide a high level of customer service, collaboration and engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
• Complete required administration tasks as delegated and report on financial budgeting and costs.
• Inventory and supplier management.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with legislation, regulation and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessment and risk management activities.
• Coordinate and conduct internal investigations into compliance issues and opportunities.
• Ensure record and data management systems are maintained and accurate.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications, Attributes & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years relevant Operations/Business coordinator experience.
• Project management experience.
• Exposure to Allied or Community Health Industry.
• Experience with all business functions and varying software systems.
• Excellent administrative and organisational abilities.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management and process improvement capability.
• Adaptability to challenges and openness to change.
• Proficient in relationship building with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Capability to provide sound advice through knowledge and consultancy.
