We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive administrator to join our friendly and passionate HR team on a full-time basis!

The Role 
Prepare for each day to be unique with your main responsibilities including, but not limited to: 

• All employment, administrative and systems management activities associated with onboarding, transfer/promotion, and offboarding of employees 
• All administration and reporting of clinician registration, certification and compliance
• Provide support with payroll duties 
• Manage central HR inbox correspondence and respond to general queries 
• Drafting and preparing letters, agreements and information in relation to a number of employment related matters 
• Other ad hoc HR generalist duties and support to members of the HR team

• Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal skills 
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment 
• Ability to identify opportunities to improve employee experience, administrative efficiency and process value 
• Skills across a range of systems including Microsoft Office suite and other employment systems (ie, HRIS, LMS) 
• Customer service mindset 

HR and payroll administration experience, and experience with Employment Hero, is preferred however, is not necessary.
