Sports & Spinal Sippy Downs is looking for a passionate Exercise Physiologist to join our multidisciplinary team on a full-time or part-time basis, with flexibility for 25–38 hours per week.
Whether you're an experienced Exercise Physiologist or a new graduate looking to kick-start your career, we'd love to hear from you. We're particularly interested in clinicians with less than 3 years' experience, but all experience levels are welcome to apply.
About the Role
This is a diverse clinical role combining individual consultations and group exercise classes, working with clients across a range of presentations.
You'll work as part of an established multidisciplinary team, providing evidence-based exercise interventions to help clients improve their strength, function, independence and overall quality of life.
Your caseload will include NDIS and Support at Home/Aged Care clients, as well as a variety of other clinical presentations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering evidence-based exercise interventions across a broad range of acute and chronic conditions
- Conducting individual Exercise Physiology consultations
- Designing and delivering individualised exercise programs
- Facilitating exercise classes and supporting clients in a group environment
- Supporting NDIS participants to build capacity, independence and functional outcomes
- Working with clients across the lifespan, including paediatric clients
- Supporting clients with injury rehabilitation, chronic disease management and functional improvement
- Providing education and lifestyle strategies that support long-term health outcomes
- Collaborating closely with Physiotherapists and other allied health professionals to achieve the best possible client outcomes

About You We're looking for an Exercise Physiologist who is passionate about helping people improve their health, function and quality of life.
You'll be a great fit for the role if you're enthusiastic about clinical practice, enjoy working as part of a multidisciplinary team and are committed to delivering exceptional client care.
You'll have: - Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology
- Current ESSA Accreditation (or eligibility upon graduation)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Current driver's licence
- Blue Card or willingness to obtain
- Professional Indemnity Insurance
- National Criminal History Check or willingness to obtain
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
