Are you a friendly, organised, and reliable admin superstar who loves creating a warm first impression? Gympie Sports & Spinal is growing, and we’re looking for a Receptionist to join our team.

You’ll be one of the welcoming faces of our large, team-based clinic, supporting a busy group of 9 clinicians (soon to be 10!) and working closely with our Office Manager to keep everything running smoothly.

About the Role

This is a casual opportunity with 10-15 hours available must be available Monday, Wednesday & Friday. 

• On-call coverage as needed
• 7:45am – 5:15pm shifts

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Welcoming patients and managing front desk check-ins
• Handling phone and email enquiries
• Appointment scheduling and diary management
• Processing HICAPS, EFTPOS & Medicare claims
• Referrals and correspondence
• Accurate data entry and maintaining patient records
• End-of-day reconciliation

You’ll be part of a collaborative admin team - this is not a solo reception role.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has previous allied health or medical reception experience 
• Loves working with people and creating positive experiences
• Stays calm and organised in a busy environment
• Has strong attention to detail and admin accuracy
• Is dependable, proactive and team-oriented
• Has solid computer skills (Gensolve & Hi-CAPS experience highly regarded)
