The Role
We are currently seeking a Physiotherapist to join our Runaway Bay clinic on the Gold Coast in a full-time permanent capacity.

You will work within a supportive multidisciplinary environment, delivering high-quality care across clinic and community settings.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of MSK and sports conditions
• Provide services to NDIS and Home Care / Aged Care clients
• Develop personalised, evidence-based treatment plans
• Support paediatric patients (under 18) where required
• Empower patients through education and preventative care strategies
• Engage in mentoring and structured professional development

Your total remuneration package will reflect your experience, capabilities, and the contribution you make.

Packages starting from $80,000 and scaling up to $120,000+, plus performance-based bonuses — so your earning potential grows with your results.

What You’ll Bring

• Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
• Full/General AHPRA Registration
• Blue Card (or ability to obtain)
• Professional indemnity insurance
• Willingness to undergo a Police Check
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Passion for delivering exceptional, patient-centred care
