Due to continued growth in client demand and the ongoing expansion of our Exercise Physiology services, Sports & Spinal Physiotherapy is excited to welcome a passionate Exercise Physiologist to our Springfield team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Exercise Physiologist seeking flexibility initially, with the ability to grow into a full-time role and future leadership opportunities within a supportive and well-established multidisciplinary environment.

About the Role
This role will begin at approximately 25 hours per week, with the opportunity to progress to full-time as your caseload grows. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Dietitians, Psychologists, Podiatrists, and fellow Exercise Physiologists.
You’ll manage a diverse caseload including NDIS, Home Care, and private patients, supporting clients to improve their strength, function, independence, and overall quality of life.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering individualised exercise interventions across a broad range of acute and chronic conditions
- Supporting clients with injury rehabilitation, chronic disease management, and functional improvement
- Working with NDIS and Home Care clients to build independence and capacity
- Delivering both individual and group-based exercise programs
- Providing education and lifestyle support to drive long-term behavioural change
- Contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture

About You You’re a motivated Exercise Physiologist who is passionate about helping people improve their health and function, and you’re excited by the opportunity to grow your career.
You will have:
- Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology
- ESSA accreditation
- Ideally 2+ years clinical experience (NDIS or community experience highly regarded)
- Interest in developing leadership skills (or previous leadership experience)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Professional Indemnity Insurance
