Are you a friendly, organised, and reliable admin superstar who loves creating a warm first impression? Gympie Sports & Spinal is growing, and we’re looking for two Receptionists to join our team.

You’ll be one of the welcoming faces of our large, team-based clinic, supporting a busy group of 9 clinicians and working closely with our Office Manager to keep everything running smoothly.

About the Roles

Permanent Part-Time (22.5 hrs/week)

• Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
• 7:45am – 5:15pm shifts
• Potential future progression to 2IC for the right person

Casual (5–10 hrs/week)

• On-call coverage as needed
• Same shift times (7:45am – 5:15pm)
• Great opportunity for flexibility

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Welcoming patients and managing front desk check-ins
• Handling phone and email enquiries
• Appointment scheduling and diary management
• Processing HICAPS, EFTPOS & Medicare claims
• Referrals and correspondence
• Accurate data entry and maintaining patient records
• End-of-day reconciliation

You’ll be part of a collaborative admin team - this is not a solo reception role.

Our ideal candidate:

• Loves working with people and creating positive experiences
• Stays calm and organised in a busy environment
• Has strong attention to detail and admin accuracy
• Is dependable, proactive and team-oriented
• Has solid computer skills (Gensolve & Hi-CAPS experience highly regarded)
• Has previous allied health or medical reception experience (preferred but not essential)
