About the Role
Sports & Spinal is seeking an experienced Women’s Health / Pelvic Health Physiotherapist to join our Sunshine Coast team with a total of 20- 28hours a week available split across our Nambour, Caloundra, Baringa & Coolum clinics.
This role is ideal for a clinician who is confident in women’s and pelvic health, values high-quality, patient-centred care, and is looking for flexible hours within a supportive and well-established allied health environment.
You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Occupational Therapists, Podiatrists, and Dietitians, managing a caseload focused on:
- Pelvic health and pelvic floor dysfunction
- Pregnancy and postnatal care
- Women’s musculoskeletal conditions
- Education, prevention, and long-term wellbeing

Your total remuneration package will reflect your experience, capabilities, and the contribution you make, packages starting from $80,000 and scaling up to $120,000+. Plus, we offer performance-based bonuses and commission, so your earning potential grows with your results!
Key Responsibilities - Deliver evidence-based Women’s Health and Pelvic Health Physiotherapy services
- Conduct thorough assessments and treatments, including internal pelvic floor assessments (with consent)
- Support patients to improve movement, function, and quality of life
- Manage patient journeys and outcomes using best-practice clinical reasoning
- Promote patient health, education, and long-term self-management strategies
- Collaborate with the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care
What You’ll Bring - Bachelor or Masters of Physiotherapy
- Full General AHPRA Registration
- Postgraduate training and experience in Women’s / Pelvic Health Physiotherapy
- Confidence with internal pelvic floor assessments
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centred care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Professional insurances and willingness to undergo a Police Check
