About the Role
As the welcoming face of our clinic, you’ll create a positive first impression for every patient and help keep our daily operations running smoothly. You’ll work closely with our Office Manager and clinical team to deliver exceptional service and ensure everything behind the scenes runs like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
• Manage phone, email, and in-person enquiries
• Schedule appointments and process payments (HiCAPS, Medicare, EFTPOS)
• Maintain accurate patient records in Gensolve
• Assist with invoicing, data entry, and general administration
• Keep our reception area tidy and inviting
• Support our clinicians to deliver an outstanding patient experience

About You

• You’re friendly, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Previous admin or reception experience (healthcare preferred)
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• A proactive problem-solver and supportive team player
